RESERVATION & CANCELATION POLICY

1.) The number of guests allowed is determined on a reservation-by-reservation basis. However, there must never be more guests in the apartment than the number of guests on the reservation.

2.) Your reservation is confirmed after confirmation by email. To confirm your reservation, you must pay the agreed deposit. The remainder of the payment is due prior to arrival or as agreed.

3.) You can cancel your reservation free of charge 7 days before arrival. If you cancel 7 days or less before arrival, you are not entitled to a refund.

TOURIST TAX

The tourist tax is charged on the day of departure and is € 2.5 per adult per day and € 1.25 for children from 7 to 18 years of age. The tourist tax is payable in cash on arrival.
